I have seen several posts about hunting on or near, Pauls farm. I am hoping that everyone talking about this understands what is involved in hunting in Montana. Please be sure to read through the state regulations .

http://fwp.mt.gov/hunting/regulations/

For instance under Deer and elk, open the tab that says General Regulations & General Information.

Be aware of residency requirements, hunter education requirements etc.

It appears that Paul may be able to apply for some land owner licenses which is nice.

I would also hope that those who plan to hunt have some experience with hunting or require that someone who does, goes along with a new hunter. I have been hunting since I was in my teens and I have seen some pretty scary things out in the forests. I am just concerned that hunting not be taken lightly, the handling of high powered rifles is a big responsibility. Shooting should always be done with the background in mind. Proper respect for the animals and knowlege of what to do after the kill is very important.
