Acquiring 9.3 acres of raw land in green valley, az. Close to civilization but apart.
Shared well, electricity if desired or not.
Anything goes here, no restrictions.

Looking for help and others to engage and create a homestead environment.
Open to ideas and suggestions. I am easy to work with.
What's your water situation? Living in a semi-arid environment, what I have mostly learned is live in your context. Instead of a traditional disney forest, I am embracing cactus, pinyon pine, and yucca. They produce more than you think.
Wondering why no one responds.

Are you still looking for help on your homestead? I was an urban microgreen farmer before Covid killed my business. I also do hydroponic growing, grew up on a farm, and have construction skills. Please let me know if you’re still looking. I’m currently in northern AZ.
