Because I am me, I have belonged to the Ohio Materials Marketplace for years.
It was an online forum, run by the Ohio EPA, where Ohio companies could post things they wanted to give away rather than dispose of in land fills.
Apparently, much like many local municipality run auction sites, they have stopped doing it as a nation wide website has eclipsed them.
Rheaply
 is that website.
I've found some things local to me, like a source for 5 dollar IBC totes in Middleton, Ohio.
