Hi,
I have a 7-acre tropical fruit farm and I have planted a few hundred fruit trees. Amenities include Installed RV spots, Starlink Wifi, and on-site laundry. Needs a full-time caretaker[ok with family/children/pets], who is a handyman, resourceful, and able to operate a skid steer. We have onsite vermicomposting, mushroom growing, and trying Johnson su composting, windrow composting, and Jora composter as well. We have an outside kitchen, a small woodshop, welding machine as well. We had the same setbacks due to the transplanted tree die-off. I need help in light construction such as a greenhouse, replacing dead trees, tree pruning, coordinating woofers, property maintenance, starting a chicken coop, making Biochar, and cover cropping. I can provide RV space [50 amp], veggie grow beds, fruits that grow in the orchard, RO water, an outside propane shower, and a toilet. I am also ok if the caretaker wants chicken, rabbits, quails, cows, sheep, or any animal. The property is located in Redlands, FL,2 miles to Publix 25 miles from Miami International Airport, and 3-5 miles from all shopping. We can negotiate the monthly salary based on skillsets and hours worked. People interested in nursery work such as grafting is a plus. Profit sharing might be considered for exceptional candidates on new projects. I have a transplanted tree list and a couple hundred more in the nursery. Couples, and families with animals welcome .no drugs or alcohol, please. I will pay for 15 dollars per hour up to 3000 dollars per month. You are free to cultivate your own food.

I love the idea of moving to Florida, so your offer sounds wonderful.

Do you have a list of fruit/nut tree that "ripen" in January (really November to April), I would rather eat fresh fruits vs preserved/imported ones.

Hi.

I am no handyman and you may already have hired someone for the job. However do you have any other openings for someone who would like to learn and live in such permaculture lifestyle. Please let me know
