I have an idea for growing all my morning salad in a way that is really neat and uses
all the space of a sort of heap on heap
of soil, 200% covered in greenery in the
way that it would grow continously from
march to september in continental europe
type of a climate, I mean all sorts of greens
are in consideration here spinach, kale lettuce(which I had not much luck in growing so far...)
also I'm like beetroot leafes in my  salads, alro carrot green tops and other herbs that could be perhaps growning concurently;

I just have a fantasy of such a greenery
of salad overabundance on small space,
just for one person(can be scallable of course) a good plate of greens a day;

any suggestions or examples anyone?

I like growing microgreens in jars in the window, maybe not quite what you're thinking of, but doable with a tiny bit of space.
