The city of San Francisco is offering cash prizes for design improvements that apply to urban agriculture.
It is offering 3 prizes each ($1000, $500, $250) in two categories. One for a physical product or system "as large as a building or as small as a pin," and one for a social product or system "must be scalable to be considered viable."
The competition is open to any designer, architect, student, or interested person anywhere. Judging will be anonymous.
All entries due by midnight Jan. 31st 2010
