What could you do on 170 hilly acres, with lovely fence and 100% grassfed livestock? 45-1 hour from several upscale markets.

I am looking to retire and enjoy the woods and creeks and train my herding dogs.

I have an older story and half farm house. Equipment and knowledege. I need a young couple with energy and enthusiam.

I am open to many options.
