JR was leading the build of the Sepp Holzer root cellar at the 2024 Permaculture Technology Jamboree, and in this video he goes through what was achieved and what is still to be done:
The build at Wheaton Labs started at the 2023 PTJ, was continued in 2024 PTJ, and hopefully will be finished during this year!
