Hello,
For a variety of reasons, we're unlikely to move forward with a homestead build on our 23.5ac parcel just outside Florence, AZ. It's listed here.
I'm happy to answer any questions about it, it has a large wash transiting it, but >50% of the property is north of that wash (the access side). I'm also game to sell my compressed earth block machine, if interested, let me know and I can send details.
Be aware, there are no utilities on that side of the highway, so any future use should plan for solar (a well is a sine qua non down here). Moosage me if you have questions, thanks.
Happy homesteading,
Mark
