I was just window shopping for stuff out of my price range. Found some land. It's on the south side of a mountain range. I was just wondering about the way the water curves around the land. Is that a benefit? It's probably getting a lot of light due to reflection off the lake. Is it getting too much light? The topology is very steep. But with some terraces, I imagine this would be prime real estate for you permies. It's definitely out of my price range. Any of you hippy females have money? =) I'm kidding.... kinda, sorta... But I would hate to see this land be someones once or twice a decade vacation retreat. Hope one of you snag it up.
