Hi all,
My partner and I live in Berks County PA and there aren't always a lot of kindred spirits around out here... so whenever there's a real estate listing nearby I like to spread it around to friends and potentially like-minded folks.

This house and its accompanying 3.5 acres + barn just went up for sale not too far from us (we walk by it all the time). Potentially a really cool opportunity for stream restoration/riparian buffer plantings if you're into that, plus a really cool and historical house. Plus cool neighbors
