Natural Building & Earthen Art Workshop in Nosara Costa Rica

Natural Building & Earthen Art workshop - December 13th-15th, 2024!
Join us this December for a natural building and earthen art intensive led by our resident Natural Building Architect, Ceci Coronado and co-hosted by artist Anna Kiesser. Explore earthen construction and art techniques at Tierramor, a regenerative retreat center in the mountains outside of Nosara, Costa Rica. Attendees will have the opportunity to collaborate with our natural building team and apply techniques to the construction of our beautiful bamboo maloca, designed by @ibukubali.

What you can expect:
Natural building theory and material sampling in our TerraLab.
Earthen floor in our bamboo Maloca @ibukubali
Earthen sculpture and mural design with @annkiesser
Guided morning movement practice.
Bi-lingual programming - Spanish and English speakers welcome!
A nourishing menu of Costa Rican cuisine in our traditional outdoor kitchen.
Acres of agroforestry systems, edible landscaping and jungle to explore during free-time.
Evening star-gazing - enjoy the peak of the Geminids meteor shower from the stargazing nets of your mountain-side casitas.

Hello- I am curious about your connection with Ceci Coronado and co-host artist Anna Kiesser. I see this event was in December of last year (2024,) although I am wondering how it turned out. Are you friends with them? In the community they are? Do they also participate in  Permies.com? I am new on here and am wanting to dive deeper into conversation and community in Costa Rica.
