pretty much nailed it. would have contained soaps, methanol, NaOH or KOH, glycerine, and possibly sulfuric acid depending on the process they used.

This company is half an hour away from my house and I may visit them in their facility this summer. They have a very friendly staff.

I suspect if that if they built themselves a swamp and pumped their wash water through it, it would clean up.
