Hi,
Not sure if you've found your place. You sure do set the standards pretty high (no pun intended) with Humboldt, or the Hawaiian islands. Well, my spot is neither of those, but beautiful in its' own right. I'm in Southern Oregon, outside of Ashland. My property is remote, but 20-30 mins from town. It's off-grid with minimal infrastructure. Growing more each year. You can look at my other posts if interested.

Good luck with your search,
Leaf
