Good mailorder nursery for nut trees?

I bought a few nut trees from Willis a few years ago and they were pretty sad, tap roots chopped off ect. I nursed them along and 75% lived, but now the fruit trees I bought from them are beginning to bear and are not the variety (or even the type in some cases) that I ordered. Any suggestions for a good nursery with nut trees in the $10-20 range?

Nolin River Nut Farm. Hands down best source for quality trees. Their prices are maybe a little above your hopes, but you are better off with fewer good trees.

In no particular order: Grimo, burnt ridge, starkbros, and oikos tree crops

I usually recommend finding a nursery in your geographic region.
This helps assure that you are getting trees that are climatized for your weather and pests.

I second burnt ridge and oikos. Musser forests has really good prices and I've been happy with the quality of trees I've gotten from them but it's hit or miss whether they'll have what you're looking for.

I have personally bought, planted and harvested from trees that came from onegreenworld they are awesome.

I have bought trees from starbros in Nov that I planted, then transplanted again in May, and it still did really good even though it did a double transplant after leaving out.
I also got a Nut tree from them and it is doing awesome.

Bruntridge did not do too well from me due to pest currants/gooseberry and a few others

Miller nursery gave me good plants too beach plum and chicargo hardy fig.

While I have never bought from http://www.sln.potsdam.ny.us/ or ediblelandscaping I would recommend them both.
