Hello all,

I'm checking in from the mountains of southeastern Kentucky, after lurking on the forum for several years.

My family and I have been farming for about 9 years. Our first goal is to be as self-sufficient as possible in regard to food, but we also operate a meat CSA from our livestock. I've learned a tremendous amount from the posts on the forum, and I'm looking forward to learning more (as well as occasionally contributing).
