A small nursery propagating and selling unusual perennials and seeds in the South West of Scotland is appealing for help after Storm Eowyn recently devastated their growing area and wrecked their polytunnel.
Growild nursery are trying to raise some money to pay for rebuild costs.
to carry on, we need to learn, change and adapt. It will take time and much of our limited resources. That’s why we have set up a Crowdfunding page. Our target is to raise £5,000 so we can pay for the costs of labour and materials to rebuild and, just as importantly, keep our heads above water while we rescue plants, revive the business and all rise again.
This is what they were facing:
and then woke up the next mornign to find everything covered in snow!
