Temporary Pay job for help

Hi All. Running behind after a month of Ice.
What skills do you have? Can pay cash and barter. Good Ears. Modest keeps. Need to put new plastic on hoop house and put up more. Disassemble yurt and put up again.  I can hire locals and not cook and clean for them for $20/hr. Here, the clock is not the boss
