Hello,

I recently bought land late last summer and I was wondering if there is anyone here from nearby towns? I'm an hour north of Guelph and an hour south of Owen Sound in a smaller town called Mount Forest. I make my income day to day from running a organic 2 acre market garden that has a focus on ecological growing practices and being a living wage employer. We have a growing CSA and do two city markets a week in the main season along with some wholesale.

I am interested in permie things in a personal sense while also largely being interested in community.  I like communal living, cooperative labour movements, puppet theatre, going out dancing with friends and throwing large dinner parties during the dog days of summer. I am more extroverted than introverted so I was in luck once I started to find my little niche here, especially since there's a contemporary art gallery only 20 minutes away!

I'm looking to connect with people who are an hour or so away, who also are creative and whose unconventional interest in permaculture (by society's standard) isn't the *only* unconventional thing about them. I have people in my life of all ages, so I'm open :)

thanks for reading
cheyenne

If you like strawberry rhubarb pie, try blueberry rhubarb (bluebarb) pie. And try this tiny ad:
