Ranch looking for families that are seeking to do work exchange for some land to park your rv/tiny homes etc. Our ranch has many goals but not many hands to help share the load. If you are an honest, and hard working family that dreams of a safe space for their family to thrive please contact us. We are located in pnw inland. Land is offgrid but ranch house has places to charge and well water that you can transport to your site.

Welcome to permies, I hope you find some lovely families to share space and community with.  Consider sharing more land details: acrage?  How far from a town?  Some possible shared values you hope to connect on?  That way folks can know more about whether they could be a viable fit with you.

We are a 450 acre ranch/mountain/homestead. We can be found in hipcamp.

Some of the goals we have are to get our two 30 ft green houses up and running..creating more campsites, we have live stock and would love to find people interested in working with animals, as well as starting up a ranch store for the public. The list of our goals to create income on the ranch is long.

What we offer is your own private spot for your dwelling. We are looking for people that want to start homesteading, people that like to get messy, and people that want their kids to grow up with nature.

Most importantly we are looking for honest people. People that can work through disagreements..and go with the flow. We like to work with what we have and try to be resourceful.

Sounds like a lovely opportunity. Where in "inland PNW" are you located? Central/Eastern OR? Central/Eastern WA? British Columbia? This is a big, beautiful area - we'd like to take part, but hard to tell if it will be a good fit without knowing where you are. Perhaps you could let us know the closest town to you?
