New to this and looking for work in MD, PA, or VA

I am a 26yo college graduate with a B.S. degree in biology. My boyfriend and I work hard everyday at the local butcher shop and in our gardens. Previous experience on a christmas tree farm, raising horses, training dogs, and creating and maintaining gardens. We have a dream of working a farm and being sustainable. We do have to think about his daughter who lives with her mother near Lusby, MD and being able to travel to get her every other weekend. We are looking to learn all that we can and help out any way that we can.
