Lesson 7: Poke, a powerful medicinal herb that is also poisonous

In this lesson I discuss both how to eat poke greens (poke salat) and how to use the root as a very powerful medicinal herb. Poke is a great lymph cleanser, anti-inflammatory and good for all sorts of viruses, congestion, etc. And yes, it is also poisonous if used improperly.
