Hello hello:)
After a long transition period and much learning about this lifestyle, I am seeking land!!! Between half an acre and 1 hectare/2.5 acres would be moreeee than enough. I don't fancy debt, and would love to buy outright -- in which case my budget now is $10k USD... could increase to $30k USD by the end of the year.

I am dreaming of good soil and flowing water. Having travelled many places, I am open to most anywhere in the world (residency permitted) but I am from the US and open to this too. Hablo Español con casí fluidez también. My favourite climates are that temperate dry Mediterranean and a wet tropical rainforest. Very different! Haha!! Open to places with lots of pre-exsisting structures or none at all, caretaking for another and everything in between. Essentially, I am putting this intention for land out there and welcome whatever possibilities might come.

23F, with good knowledge of no till gardening, animal minding, basic handy stuff and medicinal plants, and a special love for compost LOL

Much love.

Hi there,
Not sure if this is the kind of thing you’re looking for, but I came here to post this link, hoping that we get cool neighbors, and your post seemed to be searching for spots so thought I’d drop it here.

My post:

In SE Pennsylvania, small house + 1 acre up for sale! Abutting 15 acres of woods owned and tended by permaculture-minded neighbors (we’re a 30 year old couple).

Our neighbor’s quaint little 800 sq foot house on 1 acre of land (abutting our land directly) is going up for sale! It just landed on Zillow today. I’d be surprised if it went as high as they’re asking, but who knows.

We really want cool neighbors!!! If you or anyone you know is looking or might want to spontaneously jump on a cool (albeit small-housed) spot, please check out the listing!

Unfortunately that little block and house is wayyyy over my budget. Wayyyyyyyy!! Ahaha - going for literally 20k here.

I hope you get the coolest neighbors. x

Ella, these things take some time to find that just picture perfect match.   I've been looking really hard for over a year now, I've raised the acreage from ten up to one hundred, raw land only with no real upper limit in price and offering a cash payment, still no luck.

I think Paul looked for three years before finding his place.

Try not to be in a rush, look over each place and understand that it may be some time before you come across that just right patch dirt for you!

Peace
