Got to asking Grok about Permies information awhile back, specifically targeting different areas of Kentucky, from urban to rural, and also other geopolitical areas of interest. Had some pretty good information.

Anyway, got into researching hardware for running local AIs, and came across devices with NPU support. Mainly, phones and laptops which conserve energy compared to GPU or CPU only devices.

Google released NotebookLM 5 days ago, and generated the audio in under 10 minutes.

Interesting, but so far Grok has provided the most detailed information relevant to specific real property.

Might play around with PFAF database to see what happens.
