I just photographed the most incredible Permaculture homestead on the border of MO and AR

The work the owners have done to this property simply won't be understood by the common property hunter.
They have built incredible soil, hugelbeds, running biochar through their silvopastured hogs, just to start the conversation.

I'd be there in a heartbeat if I could!

I hope someone here finds this piece of gold.

Anne, I'm just the photographer and I really loved getting to know the couple who has cared for this place. I thought the right buyer might be here.

Everything I learned in Permaculture Design has been implemented here, which is the main draw for me. The soils are rich in a rocky clay area.

I wish I could buy it, but I have my kids half time and it's too far away for me to make it happen. I'm still hoping there's a way though!
