Eco home share! Private room for rent / house share in North Everett, Bayside neighborhood.
1 private room (technically a den) for rent in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath house. The bath and rest of the common areas of the house - including a huge kitchen! - are all shared.
Looking for:
- single occupancy
- pet free
- drug free, no smoking
- able to pass a background and credit check ($42 fee)
- artificial fragrance free*.
$800 per month includes all utilities (includes wifi, but no cable - you could add cable if you want). $500 deposit.
Could be furnished or unfurnished, but you might wish to use the wardrobe/armoire since there is not a closet.
It's a 1916 Craftsman-style home (duplex) with lots of light, a private, fenced yard, and alley parking.
House share is with just me, a tidy but casual, organized, middle-aged WFH woman. Quiet, safe neighborhood with sweet neighbors.
Walkable to Providence Hospital, the marina, a co-op grocery, a community garden, and downtown.
Welcoming to LGTBQIA, BIPOC, and younger folks.
Garden areas are gradually being converted to more perennial edibles. The soil tilth is steadily being improved and restored with minimal offsite inputs. You'd be welcome to claim some growing area(s) for yourself! Outdoor covered patio with electricity has a great surface for cooking outdoors in the summer.
*I get migraines from artificial fragrances in all the things - laundry, cleaning, and bath products, not just perfumes or colognes. Natural fragrances are fine!
