I just turned 70 on the 4th of July, I grew up in the country, working outside with a garden, raising chickens, quail, ducks, turkey, guinea fowl, pigs, making butter. Everything that needs to be done. I was a small engine mechanic, an electrician, I spent 12 years in the Army. I'm a military weapons expert, trained in survival, security, hunting, fishing, building houses, etc. there is a lot more that I could share, and build on. A month late and very interested in getting to know you. My name is Gary.  Currently live is southern Colorado. Have no roots planted and will gladly relocate.  I am 64. Spent the majority of my life camped out in tents working/playing as a wildlife biologist, fly fishing guide and elk hunting guide.  I also had my own made to order breakfast and lunch burrito business.   There a years I would spend over 300 days a year camped out in a tent.  I learned early on that my happy place is out in nature and the more remote the better.  I have had my ups and downs just like everyone.   The past 18 months after my mom passed away I have been sort of lost, not knowing what exactly I want, .  I did meet a gal this past year that is doing the same, buying a remote piece of property and building a earthen home.  I was not the army ranger/GI joe alpha male she is looking for. We remain friends.
