Anyone interested in an off grid lifestyle with a one hour ride to town (Garberville) on a 40+ year old developed homestead? There are multiple building projects needing completion as well as comfortable housing. This is a lovely and diverse 94 acre property with many natural resources and a well developed infrastructure. It has excellent potential for a small community. Not interested in cannabis growing and prefer no/minimal intoxicant use. If you have a serious interest let’s communicate.
