We are looking for 3- 5 people to join  our small permaculture property of 10ac. We have a well, and limited solar. The property is adjacent to BLM land. We are nestled between the Peloncillo and Chiricahua Mountains in the Southwestern desert of New Mexico. There are three small town communities in the area. It’s quiet and peaceful. The property is left leaning, non-religious, LGBT accepting, racism not tolerated, no kids and prides ourselves on not having any addictions or crutches to get through life. Eventually your camper will be replaced with a cob dwelling so we may become even more eco-friendly. You will need to be financially able to take care of yourself. You must be physically able to contribute to the needs of the property ie, gardening, building any additional structures, etc.. We do not provide heath care or insurance. There is an info-structure fee of $200 a month. This is to take care of any needs, garden maintenance, needs for the well, etc.  If this appeals to you, reply to this post. We will then do a zoom call to intro ourselves.

Hi, Belinda,

I live in about 8 miles north of Silver City on 10 acres. I would like to connect since we are so close. e@permieworld.net.
