Another Bartering success

Today the  neighboring land owner (he does not here, just owns land adjacent to ours.) came out and asked if he could cross my land to get to his to  do some food plot work with his yellow Iron. I said "no problem"

Since he was here, I traded him 2 dozen eggs  and a few buckets of barley, wheat and oats for a little  excavating work. He enlarged my rain water run-off/catchment by nearly  double what I had dug with my tractor.

No money changed hands, just a handshake deal. No government involved, no taxes paid.
