I think permaculture is a cool idea, and enjoy watching videos about Permaculture and reading books on Permaculture and homesteading. I'm explodes artificially to permaculture and homestead. Wife and I found a site in Aberdeen, WA on 7 acres of land, And maybe my wife and I will just get chickens but I want to know the potential of the site, What it would cost to build swells and Maybe start a tree nursery, I want to see the site through the eyes of someone who lives homesteading and permaculture day to day and knows something about the area hopefully. I'm flying out tomorrow and will be in Aberdeen, WA on Friday and Saturday only.

Thanks
-Andrew
