We have a room available in the household of a shared neighborhood permaculture garden site being developed. Share a living room, dining room, spacious kitchen, bathroom and washer/dryer with one other person in the upstairs apartment.

The house sits on a terraced 1/3-acre rural-feeling parcel on a quiet dead end street just a few houses south of Camp Long in West Seattle. The property is part of a former orchard with producing trees. We are in the early garden stages with a good design proposal and a start on soil building. By next spring we aim to have a Hugulkultur and kitchen garden ready for planting.

This is a great opportunity for an aspiring permaculturist to gain experience in design and hands -on work, as well as community building.

$395/mo + utilities. Female preferred. Contact Roberta at 206-909-3452 or ras.hh@juno.com (no texts, please).
