Hi,

Lets see, I am trying this option.πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

1 hectare (2,5 acres) land, with around 73 olive trees (potential for income), over a dozen fruit trees and a tiny home with a garage full of tools at your disposal,  generator, chain saw, roller tiller, brush cutter, etc.
Water well and solar panels with batteries provide power to the land so no bills.

Located 10 min away from one of the largest reservoirs in Europe, Alqueva Dam, region of Alentejo
Peace and quiet

I have a nag to go explore and need this place to be occupied and taken care of as is away from it all.

20 km to the supermarket
5 km to various river beaches
about 2 hrs from Lisbon and about the same to Algarve
60 km from the popular city of Evora and similar to the border with Spain πŸ’ƒπŸ’ƒπŸ’ƒ

Send me an email and will send you pictures

Here we are 2026.... time flies when you are having fun😁

Despite the keen interest of the potential buyers it would seem their conditional sale of their property had not yet come to fruition.... so it is just fair to update this post and see what happens.

I am open to long term rent, sale or land share.
Located by the biggest lake in western Europe away from the fire belt or "mining" prospect areas that have recently triggered so many "accidental fires".

All in all, a quiet, nature filled, simple living area, perfect for couples.

"The vast areas mapped naturally coincide with phenomena that also affect large areas of the territory, such as forest fires. To date, we are not aware of any direct causal relationship between these phenomena and extractive industry activities, nor of any statistical studies that suggest a correlation beyond mere coincidence. β€” September 17th 2024"

all a coincidence, fires and mining πŸ˜‰

I can't beleive you just said that. Now I need to calm down with this tiny ad:
