Wondering if I'm alone in the TN Valley? I live in Meigs County near the Hiwassee River. Wondering if any folks nearby would be interested in swapping cuttings or seedlings.

Any advice for a newbie to permaculture for this area?

Thanks in advance!

Willie your not the only one. My family and I just moved to Mcminnville (Warren Cty). We bought a five acre nursery here. If you're ever in the are you can get some cuttings, but we only have flowering trees and ornamental bushes right now. My wife and I are both former military and are homesteading.

I'm looking to buy land in the southern appalachian region this year. I hope to build and homestead sustainably. I've heard great things about eastern TN and definitely want to be in an area with like-minded people. Does anyone know of land available or have any good resources to point me to?

Thanks
