Looking for affordable consultant to do a site feasibility assessment

This is in Jefferson County WA. Looking at a plot and would like a second opinion to set against the seller's. It's not all even ground but there are some level spots. Would need to clear some trees. Anyway another opinion will help. Please PM if you want more site details. Thanks.

I do this all the time for potential clients, and for folks on the "net." As Cory requested, we just need to see photos and any plot planes you have, pluss an exact grid coord. on Google maps. You will get all kinds of advices for other Permies members.
