A Litmus Test for Reality

I came across a mental exercise to determine a premise as fact or fiction or chance opportunity . This brain game is both profound and very amusing { I don't own a TV } . Imagine that all of human knowledge and all links to the human past are erased . Not human beings , just all our memories and artifacts . A blank slate . Now , ponder an idea , artifact , tool , myth , philosophy , etc. and determine whether humans would come to an identical conclusion or concept in the future. After a small amount of shallow thought I determined that we would rediscover the Hero myth but not Apollo .The Trickster myth and maybe even Coyote as the icon . We would rediscover currency but maybe not paper money . We would find the boiling point of water but maybe not the mercury thermometer . We would develop folk societies but maybe not the nation state . The hammer but maybe not the peen or claw . There is a good chance we would discover Fukuoakas method for grain production before we discover the plow . Food forests before the tractor . There is a good chance we would discover the Litmus Test .

Wow the land of make believe. This is much better.
Ok so we are blank slate. What did we do first? We stopped.(moving is tireing)
We attempted to "settle down". People gathered around us.
We protected ourselves from predation and secured a food and water source.
How do we stop the cold or hot depending on conditions? Gather together for warmth. WOW this is fun I get to be next to the hot chick. I mean for warmth.
"Hey someone go get some food so I can stay next to the Hot chick."
"go get it yourself!"
"But I am tired:( "
"not my problem."
