I went to a workshop of his last year here in Vermont which he called coo-coo land (for natural reasons compared to South Africa- not political). He couldn't believe how lush the pastures were and how quick they grew. He said if were younger he would buy feeders in the spring, do holistic management till late fall, harvest and spend the winter in South Africa.
He is quite the character.
My project thread
