I tried this stuff at the local farmer's market and it was awesome. I would highly reccomend these recipes not only for people allergic to gluten, but for anyone who is interested in makeing awesome bread.

BTW maybe there should be a gluten free section of the forum, as this is a big part of some people's lives.
