For 20 years I have been renting 1/10 acre of ground and using 10 gpm of geothermal water to make money. I enjoy my agricultural venture and I enjoy the money.

I have some close neighbors who are also making money using this resource.

The thing is, there are still 2000 gpm of pressurized 102 degree water going into the river with no use at all. The owner of the property may be open to proposals from serious agriculture related people who want to work hard and make money.

There are jobs in this area to pay the bills while you work on your dream.
