Personally, I'm a big fan of earthbag structures but it's all good, AFAIC. Living on site is a bit tricky - this is not a commune, it's a farm incubator ... but there will be a few core group people, sure. There is no buy in - all renters are independent enterprises. They're part of the community in terms of participation in self-governance but economically speaking the only thing they owe to BSF is rent. Does it make sense?
