I just got hired on to help with an ag
project on 3k acre farm. We laid out a 2 acre plot with 1/2 acre being clover as a cover crop. They are raising 100
chickens for egg production using garden scraps. What concerned me was they planned on cutting the clover then throwing it in the run. I know cut clover is dangerous for humans horses and
rabbits what about
chickens? Is it safe once it starts fermenting?
