Starving a Hungry World
The Lies & Bad Science of GMO's
Acres USA January 2010 VOL. 40, NO. 1
In this article Jeffrey Smith author of Genetic Roulette & Seeds of Deception is interviewed. Some of the more interesting facts I was made aware of after reading the article are
-The person in charge of policy at the FDA when GMOs were allowed to enter the marketplace was none other then former Monsanto attorney and current U.S. Food Safety Czar Michael Taylor (of whom an entire thread could be started in the Ulcer Factory Forum)
-According to Hans Herren (How to Avert a Food Crisis: Hans Herren Presentation) GMO's offer nothing of value towards the common goal feeding the world and are actually responsible for reduced crop yield, lost income, & government price controls.

But they are of supreme value in the corporate goal of selling more glyphosate and glyphosate resistant genes to help the quarterly bottom line. That's all GMOs were ever intended to do.
