I am located near Portland, Oregon.

If you don't have your stems or tubes out yet, you need to do so ASAP.

What if you don't have FLOWERS out yet? I have one crocus and a couple of REALLY early iris. No tulip or other bulbs out. Oh, a couple of primrose.
