Hi ya'll. Well, I've received some wonderful queries from West Coasters who are willing to travel to the East Coast to participate in my homestead, but as usual, airfare is expensive and folks need $$$ to travel.

Are there any East Coasters who would like to venture to the tri state region (NY/VT/MA) and visit our place? In addition to our 'stead' on 18 mountain acres, we have a sweet 80 acre parcel on a completely fresh mountain in nearby VT if you are adventurous. Eventually, I have plans for a eco community there, with happy people, goats and llamas. Thirty acres of south facing slope with a good strong freshwater supply is just waiting to be grazed. The sheer beauty of Avalon, this VT land, cannot be expressed.

Come visit us this spring, let's have some bicycle adventures too while we are at it
