If you could have them in a safe place with food and
water available while they brood and hatch that would be good. A place where they are protected from other hens and the rooster would help your chances too. It would be a good idea to mark the eggs so that you know which ones have been brooded for how long. Other hens might add eggs to the pile when the broody goes for a drink or food if they have access to their nests. Some hens may takes eggs from others nests too. As long as they can keep them warm, you're bound to have chicks eventually.
