Taino Farm is a permaculture farm on the north coast of the Dominican Repermies. It is an extension of an eco-surf hotel that is 20 km away. There are three aspects to Taino Farm: education, agro-tourism and production.
The farm is looking for a farm manager to oversee the operations. Responsibilities include managing guests, volunteers and interns, managing meals and food production, and facilitate between the farm designer, the employees, the interns and the guests.
The farm manager must be a natural leader, have the ability to adapt to changing situations, and have the tact, strength, and people skills to manage an agro-tourism farm with many different characters involved.
Must be be organized, resourceful, able to communicate in Spanish and love farm life!
We are looking for a minimum year commitment.
