I planned to use this in the summers, but my plans have changed. It's a corner lot that has access to the ocean via a private dirt road. It's part of the "Ocean View Estates" development. The survey plan on the C.R.E.I. link is not correct because of changes to the private Rd. demanded by the Municipality. They didn't like the "landing strip" look of the road & made them reroute it along the south side of the lot & turn left to connect to the original road thus hiding the beach access Rd. Doing this wiped out several lots. My lot swallowed up the old Rd....it's basically a driveway now. The lot was originally #09-39 but is now #10-370. I have the survey.
Even though it's part of the development, you should be free from any possible future L.O.A. fees because of the changes.
The map on both links is not correct. The property is further south & can only be viewed on Bing maps correctly. On Bing, you can see the roads and changes.
