North Tacoma urban oasis looking for permie renter

North End Tacoma 2BR, 1B, Apartment $800 (negotiable based on garden help)

We are looking for renters for our 1/10th of an acre urban oasis. We have a two bedroom, one bathroom, full kitchen and private entrance 1000 sq ft basement apartment. Your rent and labor gets you, a nice apartment in a great location, private living space with all new appliances, personal laundry room, egg share, harvest share, includes all utilities and internet with Roku.

Our garden is filled with ever-expanding fruit bearing trees, annual vegetables, edible perennials, water-harvest and small scale egg production. Located in a very desirable neighborhood in North End Tacoma a quarter-mile to water front and walking/biking distance to Pt Defiance, Proctor and 6th Ave Business districts.

We're looking for someone (or a couple of someone’s :)) who wants to be here and who thinks they can both benefit from and contribute to this living situation. You need to be interested in gardening and small animal care. Our schedules are pretty flexible but we want someone able to feed the chickens and water things a couple days a week. Organic gardening/permaculture experience is a plus.
