I have been a medium-term lurker here on the permies threads. Lurking and not posting mainly because my lack of useful knowledge. It is time to change that!
I am raising money through a WeTheTrees campaign to attend a permaculture course in Australia co-taught by David Holmgren. After searching for a life pursuit that I consider worth living for the last 7 months, I have finally found a direction that I enjoy, with permaculture and natural/organic farming. So consider this campaign and PDC my first step to pursuing my passion.
For a cute video and the campaign page, please visit here: http://www.wethetrees.com/campaigns/aaron-in-australia-a-permaculture-mission

Thank you for your time and your support, and one day expect more input from me on permies!

Howdy Aaron, welcome to permies!
I am sure you do not lack useful knowledge. I would love to see some posts on your travel experiences , i do not get out much.

Good luck on your fund raising!

Thanks for the welcome Miles!
It's probably true I have some knowledge, but I've found I'm usually late to the forum party I need to one of these days start spending more time in documenting my travels, hopefully soon.
