Looking for land lease, Near Duncan, BC... 3-5 acres

Help get a young farmer started:

I am looking to lease (or trade) 3-5 acres of shrub-land or forested land near Duncan, BC on Vancouver Island. My plan is to raise 20-30 heritage turkeys for this Christmas and Easter. I will be using a rotational paddock grazing system. I will leave the land more fertile and biodiverse than I found it, guaranteed!
